Howard and Holly are both EMCC Senior Practitioner coaches. Holly is also a Registered Corporate Coach with the WABC, and Howard is an ILM Endorsed Wellbeing Coach. Both offer 1:1 coaching to individuals looking for clarity, to move towards a specific goal or create some form of change.Coaching is a conversation that helps an individual move forward, involving listening, asking questions, observation and feedback.
